Neurodiversity coaching is tailored through a neurodivergent lens, addressing unique experiences and challenges with validation and a non-judgmental approach. This ensures that the support provided is relevant and empowering. 

Currently, our services are exclusively available for adults. 

The Access to Work Scheme offers grants to help fund the cost of special equipment, adaptations, or support for starting work, staying in work, moving into self-employment, or starting a business. This scheme is available to individuals based in the UK regardless of employment status or salary. 

A grant can cover the cost of neurodiversity coaching. While a formal diagnosis is not mandatory to apply, having one may improve the chances of approval. 

To check eligibility and apply, visit www.gov.uk/access-to-work. The application will ask you to outline the support or adjustments you need—this is where you can mention neurodiversity coaching. 

After applying, an Access to Work assessor will contact you to discuss your work circumstances, the impact of your condition on your work, and determine the support that can be offered. They may also consult your employer or visit your workplace. 

Please note that the process from application to funding approval can take up to six months. Employers are often required to cover initial costs, which are then reimbursed through the grant. 

We only offer a pay-as-you-go option for additional sessions after completing one of our coaching packages. Momentum is key to maximising the benefits of coaching, so we recommend starting with a structured package. 

You may be invited to complete a questionnaire or worksheet before a session, and action points may be identified during sessions. However, you will decide what is realistic and achievable. 

There’s no pressure or “telling off” for incomplete tasks. Our role is to support and empower you on your journey. We understand that even with the best intentions, plans may sometimes change. Our coaching is always led by your needs and circumstances.
