My ADHD diagnosis was a profound turning point – a moment of clarity that helped me understand why I had always felt different. This journey of self-discovery ignited my passion to use my expertise as a neurodivergent HR professional to support others in their own journeys and to partner with businesses in creating truly neuro-inclusive workplaces. 

I bring over 16 years of HR experience underpinned by a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, completed in 2011. My career spans industries such as manufacturing, professional services and travel, with roles in renowned global and UK-based organisations.

My journey toward supporting the neurodivergent community led me to complete the CPD Accredited ADHD Coaching Course with ADHD Works. This experience deepened my understanding of neurodivergent challenges and strengths, as well as my own coaching style. Over the years, I realised why traditional, neurotypical coaching approaches didn’t fully resonate with me—a discovery that became clear during my ADHD Coaching training.
